HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Changes can usually be made within 24 hours of purchase.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most items are shipped UPS Ground and arrive within a week of shipping.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is based on destination location and weight of items shipped.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all 50 US states.
WHAT IF I NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
You can choose expedited shipping at checkout.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Of course we will. Simply enter a different shipping address in the checkout from the correct billing address listed on your credit card account. GenevieveBond.com does not ship any order without proper billing information.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Absolutely. Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we feel a reasonable return policy is a big part of the satisfaction.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly accept any FULL PRICE product for return within 10 days of delivery. You’ll have your choice of an exchange of another product from the same line, or a full refund of the purchase price. Simply contact us in advance for a return authorization, and include a copy of the packing slip included with your original purchase. If you have further questions please contact us. Mail returns to: Genevieve Bond Gifts 7680 East Brainerd Road Chattanooga, TN 37421. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The Return Process:
- Call or email us for a return authorization before sending back any goods. Please email us within 10 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the nature of the problem. (Return items without a prior approval cannot be accepted.)
- Once you get an approval for a return, you can send the products(s) back to: Genevieve Bond Gifts Att: Returns 7680 East Brainerd Road Chattanooga, TN 37421.
- Returns received more than 10 days after the original order receipt date can’t be accepted, nor can refunds be given.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to process refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
- Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
