HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Most orders are processed and put into the works within 24 hours. If any problems arise, we’ll get a hold of you within that timeframe and let you know.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
We’ll send you a confirmation email immediately upon your order being received, as well as when your goodies have shipped. Your shipping email will contain tracking information so you know when to expect arrival.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Within 24 hours, changes and/or modifications shouldn’t be a problem. Past 24 hours, we may not be able to modify or change your order. In all cases, contact us first, and a customer service representative can assist you.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Plan on 3-5 business days from the time we receive your order to the time we lovingly ship it to your desired destination. Outside of the continental US, including Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer. Sorry, we do not ship internationally yet.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 US states is a $3.50 to $5.00 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $50! If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges apply. Please contact us for details.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We’re not shipping internationally or to US possessions just yet, but we’re hoping we will be in the near future.
WHAT IF I NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We ship USPS Priority shipping, about 2 – 3 business days, on all orders. These shipping times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee timely delivery due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors out of our control. If you need it sooner, please contact us before placing order. Shipping times during the holiday season can not be guaranteed.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Of course we will. Simply enter a different shipping address in the checkout from the correct billing address listed on your credit card account. GenevieveBond.com does not ship any order without proper billing information.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Absolutely. Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we feel a reasonable return policy is a big part of the satisfaction.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly accept any GenevieveBond.com product for return within 10 days of delivery. You’ll have your choice of an exchange of another product from the same line, or a full refund of the purchase price. Simply contact us in advance for a return authorization, and include a copy of the packing slip included with your original purchase. If you have further questions please contact us. - Call or email us for a return authorization before sending back any goods. Please email us within 10 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the nature of the problem. (Return items without a prior approval cannot be accepted.)

- Returns received more than 10 days after the original order receipt date can’t be accepted, nor can refunds be given.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to process refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
